Heard Sri Mahendra Pratap Singh along with Rohit Singh, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Uday Shankar Tiwari, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.136 of 2024, under Sections 85, 115(2), 64 B.N.S. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Sindhora, District Varanasi, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
