Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Raj Bahadur, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 39 of 2024, under Sections 420, 467 IPC and Section 66-D Information Technology Act, Police Station Cyber Crime, Police Station Kanpur, District- Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing online fraud in the name of share trading.
