Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned A.G.A for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Bhuttu Ali, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 76 of 2024 under Sections 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities(Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Baghauchghat District- Deoria, pendency of trial. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart, the applicant is said to have been involved in one case in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned.
