Learned A.G.A. has informed that notice to the informant has been served on 14.10.2024. 3. Heard Sri Mazhar Ullah, learned Advocate holding brief for Sri Ravi Prakash Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 91 of 2024, under Sections 323, 363, 376(2)(n), 376(3) I.P.C. and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Charthawal, District Muzaffarnagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The informant and the victim have been examined as P.W. 1 and P.W. 2 respectively, in court and have not supported the prosecution story. They have completely resiled from their earlier statement given to the I.O. and
