The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 718 of 2023, under Sections 147, 148, 323, 302, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Sasni Gate, District Aligarh during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, on the basis of false allegation, applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with co-accused Mithlesh Devi. He further submits, co- accused Mithlesh Devi has been released on bail by the co- ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.08.2024 passed in Criminal Misc.
