Heard Sri Rakesh Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Jai Kishan Chaurasiya, learned State Law Officer as well as perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 655 of 2024, under Sections 64(1), 333 of BNS and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Bilari, District Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. It is further stated that the FIR was instituted regarding outraging the modesty of the sister of the informant by the applicant on 11.10.2024 at about 3 p.m. but the allegations have been escalated to that of rape in the statement of the victim recorded under section 183 BNSS.
