The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of applicant Rishi @ Robert with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 119 of 2024, under Section 2/3 Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Lalkurti, District Meerut, during pendency of the trial.
