Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.81 of 2023, under Sections 376 I.P.C. and 5J(2)/6 and 5L/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Suhwal, District- Ghazipur, during the pendency of trial. 3. Affidavit of compliance filed by the learned State Law Officer today is taken on record. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the case. The victim in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. has stated that the applicant had refused to marry her as she was pregnant at that time, subsequent to which, she has given birth to a baby girl and she has expressed her willingness to marry the applicant but on the refusal of the family member and the applicant himself, she stated that she wanted
