This is an appeal seeking to challenge the impugned judgment dated 19.03.2014 and the order of sentence dated 26.03.2014 passed by learned ASJ (Special Judge-NDPS), Saket Court Complex, New Delhi wherein the learned Trial Court convicted the appellant for the offences under section 21(c) of the NDPS Act and sentenced to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment. 2. As per the available record, the appellant has completed the sentence and left India. 3. The facts of the present case that on 15.10.2008, the PW-1, Ms. Anju Singh received a secret information that a Philippian National (appellant) 4.
