The grievance raised in the present writ petion is already subjudice in a representation filed by the petitioner before the District Magistrate, Raebareli as contained annexure no. 6 to the writ petion. 3. Without commenting anything on the merit of the case, the District Magistrate, Raebareli is hereby directed to consider and pass a reasoned order on the pending representation within four weeks on production of a copy of this order. 4.
