Counsel for Applicant :- Anshul Tiwari,Vikram Singh Shrivastava Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A.,Ved Prakash Ojha Hon'ble Siddharth,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants, Balvir Singh and Jajpal Singh, with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No.03 of 2025 under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 352, 351(3), 109, 103(1), 3(5) of BNS, and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Purakalan, District-Lalitpur, during pendency of trial. The counsel for the applicants submits that there are allegations against the applicants of committing offence of murder of one person and causing injury to another person. It has been submitted that recovery of the country made pistols (Addhi) have been made from the applicants whereas the injury suffered by the deceased was caused by 315 bore pistols since the bullets have travelled through and
