Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Bhupendra, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.444 of 2017, under Sections 302, 452, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Narkhi, District- Firozabad, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the allegations against the co-accused Sriniwas is of committing the offence of the murder of the son of the informant after entering his house along with the applicant and two other co-accused. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that initially final report was submitted against all the accused persons but later on protest petition, they have been implicated.
