By means of the the bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 91 of 2025 at Police Station- Karchana, District- Prayagraj, under Sections 191(1), 191(2), 103(1), 352 B.N.S. The applicant is in jail since 19.03.2025 The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 29.05.2025. The following arguments made by Sri Manoj Singh, learned counsel holding brief of Shri C.P. Singh, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant, which could not be satisfactorily refuted by Sri Paritosh Kumar Malviya, learned AGA from the record, entitle the applicant for grant of bail: 1. The F.I.R. nominates nine persons who committed the offence. A vague and general role has been assigned to the applicant in the F.I.R.. 2.
