The instant bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.123 of 2025, under Sections 140(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of B.N.S. and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Baraut, District- Baghpat, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not named in the first information report and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant was appointed as Sales Associate by one of the victims/abductee in the company known as MCS Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. The other victim was also the Director of the said company.
