Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicants, in Court today, is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicants in Case Crime No. 36 of 2025, under Sections - 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station - Bahadurgarh, District - Hapur, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that applicants are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Applicants are not named in the first information report. It was submitted that applicants were arrested in Case Crime No. 39 of 2025, under Section - 109 BNS, Sections - 3/25, 27/4 Arms Act and Section - 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station - Bahadurgarh, District - Hapur and after that they
