Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 71 of 2025, under Sections 3, 5, 25, 26(2), 29, 35 Arms Act, P.S.- Khalapar, District- Muzaffarnagar, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant-accused that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, recovery of one country made pistol of 0.32 bore was shown from applicant. There is no independent witness of the alleged recovery. Referring to first information report and material on record, it was submitted that there is no credible evidence against applicant.
