Hon'ble Vivek Varma,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Raj Shekhar Srivastava, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application, under Section 483 B.N.S.S., has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 402 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 132, 125 and 309 B.N.S., and under Section 7 of Criminal Amendment Act, Police Station- Shikarpur, District- Bulandshahar during pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not named in the first information report and has been falsely implicated in the instant case. The name of the applicant surfaced during the course of investigation. In the first information report 40 to 50 unknown persons are nominated. A vague role has been assigned to the applicant.
