Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Neeraj Kumar Sharma, learned A.G.A. for the State-opposite party. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 103 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and 11 Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Police Station Ali Nagar, District Chandauli during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. False recovery of livestock has been shown from a Pick-up vehicle. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery. Co-accused Ashok Chaudhary has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 26.05.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
