This petition is directed against the order dated 29.05.2025 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad whereby while rejecting the prayer of the petitioner for grant of interim relief, the Tribunal has directed the competent authority amongst the respondents to decide the representation moved by the petitioner for supply of documents (if not already decided) and also to pass specific order on the representation regarding change of inquiry officer (if not already decided) before proceeding with the inquiry, whereafter in view of the fact that pleadings had already been exchanged has ordered for listing the matter on 28.07.2025 for final hearing. 2.
