The case set out by the petitioner in the present petition is that she is a law graduate from Faculty of Law, B.H.U. (Varanasi) and had applied for Post-Graduate Entrance Examination conducted by respondent no.1/NTA namely, Common University Entrance Test (CUET-PG) 2025 for LL.M with subject code COQP-14. 3.
