By way of the present petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners seek the quashing of FIR No. 41/2021 dated 02.02.2021 for offences punishable under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Tigri, Delhi ("subject FIR") and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner no. 1 is the husband of respondent no. 2 and their marriage was 2. 5.
