This appeal is directed against order dated 21.04.2025 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ C No. 11846 of 2025 whereby the writ petition filed by the appellant against the order dated 9.04.2025 passed by respondent no.3, has been disposed of on account of availability of statutory remedy of appeal against the impugned order. 2. When the matter came up before the Court on 5.05.2025, counsel for the respondent-Board was directed to place on record the material to indicate that the order dated 09.04.2025 was passed by the Chairman as directed by the Court. 3.
