This petition has been filed by the petitioner, challenging the Order dated 08.05.2025 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as, ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. No. 1711/2025, titled Sonam Kaushik v. Comptroller and Auditor General of India, by which the learned Tribunal, after hearing the matter at length, rejected the interim relief prayed for by the petitioner. 2. The petitioner further challenges the Order dated 30.05.2025 passed by the learned Tribunal in R.A. No. 96/2025 filed by the petitioner in the above O.A. whereby the learned Tribunal rejected the review application filed by the petitioner and refused to grant an interim order in her favour. 3.
