Petitioner herein is defending a suit for possession/damages and mesne profits and is aggrieved by order dated 21.10.2024 whereby order under Order XV-A CPC r/w Section 151 CPC has been passed. 2. Learned counsel for respondent has drawn attention of this Court to order dated 02.05.2025 passed by this Court in CM(M) No. 810.2025 which also refers to the same suit and the grievance of the defendant in that case was to the effect that they had moved an application seeking review of the impugned order and their such review application had been deferred. However, while disposing of the aforesaid CM(M) No. 810/2025, this Court directed learned Trial Court to consider the aforesaid review application as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within four weeks. 3.
