Petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 218/2019 of PS Kalyan Puri, District East Delhi for offence under Section 323/354/354A IPC on the ground that complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioner. 2. Statements of parties have already been recorded by the concerned Joint Registrar. I have spoken with respondent no. 2, who is accompanied with her counsel and identified by IO/SI Shubhanshu Singh. CRL.M.C. 4547/2025 pages 3. From FIR, it appears that on account of the matrimonial dispute between respondent no. 2 and her husband, when she tried to enter her matrimonial home, there was some scuffle between her and the present petitioner (brother-in-law of respondent no. 2).
