This is the 12th regular bail application preferred by the applicant, seeking grant of regular bail in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 420/2018, registered at Police Station Welcome, Delhi, on 22.10.2018. Factual Background 2. Succinctly, the case of the prosecution is that on 22.10.2018, a PCR call was received vide DD No. 61B regarding the disappearance of a minor girl from House No. 29, Gali No.1, Babarpur, Delhi, where she regularly attended tuition classes.
