Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayers: "(i.) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties no- 1,2 and 3 to initiate steps to vacate physically the Gram Sabha's Land having land Gata no. 38/0.003 and 38/0.002 hectare recorded in revenue record as "Chakmarg" land of Village Dinkarpur, Pargana Surhurpur, Tahsil-Jalalpur, District- Ambedkar Nagar from illegal encroachments, within specified time and to protect the common rights of villagers, in the interest of justice." 3.
