The present petition has been filed with the following prayers: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction or writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.1 to 4 to take the appropriate action for removing the illegal encroachment and construct the chakmarg over the Gata No.638 situated at Village Rewari Pargana Amsin, Tehsil Sadar District Ayodhya" 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that the proceedings for removal of the encroachment have already been initiated. The instructions are taken on record. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to conclude the same within a period of 90 days in accordance with law.
