Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(I) Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature Mandamus commanding and directing to the state authorities to remove the illegal encroachment over the Naveen Parti land i.e. Gata No.104 area 0.010 hec, Land Gata No.105 area 0.010 hec & Land Gata No.106 area 0.076 hec as well as Land Gata No.106 minjumla area 0.013 hec situated at Village-Dhanechh, Pargana-Chanda, Tahsil-Lambhua, District-Sultanpur by the opp. Parties No.6 to 8, in the interest of justice." 3.
