The present petition has been filed seeking removal of encroachment from Gata No.288 admeasuring area 0.0170 hectare recorded as Naveen Parti, Village Bagwanpur, Tehsil Akbarpur, District Ambedkar Nagar. 3. The learned Standing Counsel on the basis of the instructions states that no encroachment exists over the said Gata. The instructions are taken on record. 4.
