Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. It is argued that despite an order being passed, the same is not being complied with. 3. The petitioner has an efficacious remedy of moving an application under Paragraph 460 of the U.P. Revenue Court Manual. 4. The present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to avail the said remedy by filing an appropriate application in accordance with law.
