Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "a. a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding the opposite party no. 3 and 4 to remove the illegal encroachment/possession caused by opposite party no. 6 to 7 on the public utility land situated at Village-Tulsipur, Pargana, and Tehsil Mankapur District Gonda i.e. Gata No. 147Mi, having area of 0.0400 hectare which is recorded as "Chakmarg" in the revenue extract of village concerned." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that the proceedings have already been initiated against one of the ecroachers and are pending. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of with direction to conclude the proceedings expeditiously within the time prescribed
