After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition as the relief prayed for herein would not lie within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. It is, thus, prayed that the petition may be permitted to be withdrawn for presenting the same before the appropriate forum.
