This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking an inquiry into the illegal sale and gift of land of Shri Ram Janki Mandir, situated at Village-Syodi, Tehsil- Kulpahad, District-Mahoba. 2. Submissions have been made that the respondent No. 5, the Mahant of the temple in question has transferred the land in question qua which he had no right and that the general public of the area is being prevented from worshiping in the temple in question. 3.
