This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed seeking the following reliefs: i) Issue a writ of Certiorari terminating the proceeding initiated to dilute the stake of company of respondent No. 4 as same is without the mandatory compliance of Article 47(a) of the AOA, Article 94(a) of the AOA of respondent No. 4 read with Section 180(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013 and without following the mandate of Section 247 of the Companies Act, 2013. ii) Issue a writ of Mandamus commanding respondents to adopt professional attitude to manage the Company of respondent No. 3 & 4 and appoint only persons having technical qualification in Board of the Company and to abolish the post of Chairman from the company of respondent No. 3 as same is against the mandate of per article
