This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to remove the encroachments made by respondent no. 7 upon the 6 feet land from Arazi No. 449 Minjumla, situated at Village Sahadatpura, Pargana - Mau, Tehsil - Maunath Bhanjan, District - Mau. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that between the petitioner and respondent no. 7 there is a private dispute pertaining to the user of the land in question, which is recorded as Minjumla and various complaints with regard to the user have been made by the petitioner.
