This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking action against the Pradhan of Gram Sabha Village Kukudhi, Post Kaudhiyara, Jari Tehsil Karchhana, District Prayagraj, respondent no.5. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that repeated complaints have been made by the petitioner and, from time to time, they apparently have been investigated, however, from the outcome, the petitioner is not satisfied. 3. Filing of the present PIL for the purpose of seeking further enquiry by the petitioner, cannot be countenanced. The petitioner has remedy under the provisions of Section 95 of the Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 read with the Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Raj (Removal of Pradhans, Up-Pradhans, and Members) Enquiry Rules, 1997. 5. In view thereof, we do not find any
