The present petition has been filed inter alia indicating that the petitioner, though they are three in number, is a social worker of his local area and is social activist of welfare of the village and that he has no personal interest or notice in filing the public interest litigation. 2. However, a bare look at the relief claimed in the petition indicates that prayer has been made seeking appropriate legal action for illegal damages to the crops of the petitioners during the illegal sand mining by respondents no. 4 and 5. 3. The relief claimed in the petition belies the averments made in the petition, about the petition being in Public Interest. 4.
