This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by one Pradeshik Kharwar Sabha, U.P. seeking to question the validity of the advertisement dated 13.11.2024, issued by the District Programme Officer, Child Development, Ghazipur for appointment on the post of Anganwadi Karyakatri. 2. Submissions have been made that as no reservation has been provided for Scheduled Tribes in the advertisement in question, the petition has been filed seeking to question the validity of the said advertisement. 3. Filing of a public interest litigation for the said purpose questioning the validity of an advertisement for employment cannot be countenanced.
