This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved of the alleged encroachment of respondent nos. 5 and 6 over Khasra no. 522, Village Sultanpur, Tehsil Dadri, Sector 128, Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar. 2. Submissions have been made that repeated representations have been made. However, the same have not been taken into consideration by the District Collector and the Development Authority. 3.
