This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 02.07.2025, bearing Case Crime/F.I.R No.0037 of 2025, for the offence under sections 316(2) & 318(4) of B.N.S, registered at Police Station-Manak Nagar, District-Lucknow. 3.
