This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 18.06.2025, bearing Case Crime/F.I.R No.0294 of 2025, for the offence under sections 306, 305(a) of B.N.S, registered at Police Station-Krishna Nagar, District-Lucknow. 3.
