Home Deptt. U.P. Lko. And Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Bhanupriya Singh Counsel for Respondent :- G.A. Hon'ble Attau Rahman Masoodi,J. Hon'ble Shree Prakash Singh,J. After arguing at some length learned counsel for the petitioner prays that she may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition on behalf of petitioner no.1 namely Kaushaldeep who is the main accused in the case. Insofar as petitioner nos.2 and 3 are concerned they are the mother and brother-in-law (Jeeja) of petitioner no.1. The allegations levelled in the FIR against petitioner nos.2 and 3 are general in nature. Let a counter affidavit be filed within four weeks to which rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within a week thereafter. List thereafter. Till the next date of listing, petitioner nos.2 and 3 shall not be arrested in furtherance of F.I.R impugned herein subject to their co-operation in the investigation.
