Secy. Home Deptt. Lko. And Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Gyanendra Pathak,Adarsh Kumar Tripathi Counsel for Respondent :- G.A. Hon'ble Attau Rahman Masoodi,J. Hon'ble Shree Prakash Singh,J. 1. Heard leaned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. Both the petitioners as per the educational record placed on record are major and stated to have married out of their own free will. 3. Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions has stated that there is no F.I.R. on the basis of which the petitioners may apprehend arrest or any police action against them. 4. Once the petitioners are major and have married out of their free will, it is provided that their liberty shall not be interfered with in any manner except by adopting due process under law. 5.
