Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A. 2. The instant petition has been filed for the following relief: "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 directing him to conclude the investigation properly and fairly and expeditiously and according to law in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 22.05.2024 in case crime no. 124 of 2024 under section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120 (B) of I.P.C P.S.- Sikrara, District- Jaunpur." 3. Learned A.G.A. states that he has received instruction and the investigation of the case is going on. 4. There is no reason to interfere in the matter. 5. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
