Sri Aditya Kumar Singh, Advocate has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioner, is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State, Sri Aditya Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the informant and perused the record. 3. Although, the prayer made in this writ petition is to quash the First Information Report dated 03.07.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No.523 of 2025, under Sections- 115(2), 351(2), 351 (3)) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, Police Station - Fareedpur, District - Etah, but at the time when the matter is taken up learned counsel for the petitioner confines his relief to grant of protection under section 35 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 4.
