Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State. 2. The petitioner has, by means of this writ petition, sought relief that the investigation be carried in the manner as he had prayed for in his application dated 16.6.2025. 3. Learned AGA submits that the petitioner has no right to interfere with the investigation. 4. We do find substance in the submission made by the learned AGA. 5.
