Upon being informed by the Sri Gaurav Tripathi, learned counsel for the informant that a final report has been submitted by the Police in the instant matter, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the writ petition be dismissed as not pressed with a liberty to avail such remedy as might be available under the law. 2.
