Heard Sri Abhishek Prajapati holding brief of Sri V.P.Singh Kashyap, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for the State. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking the quashing of the First Information Report dated 28.6.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 78 of 2025, under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangster and Anti- social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station - Sunngarhi, District - Kasganj. 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners have been implicated in the gangster act on the basis of a single case in which they have been bailed out. Learned counsel for the petitioners further states that there was no due discussion before the gang chart was prepared and the first information report was lodged. 4.
