This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 12.6.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0068 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 191(2), 351(2), 191(3), 109 and 190 of BNS-2023, at Police Station Baburi, District Chandauli, and a direction to the respondent authorities not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned first information report. 4.
